I love cheese, but not Blue Cheese, it's too strong of a taste. I've always had this weird thing where I could never agree with french people what was "soft" and "hard" cheese (because they're referring to taste). So I'll stick with my standard, which is that I generally like hard cheese. In this case I'll make an exception. This Blue Cheese is awesome, I'm glad I got a taste, I hope you like it too and this way we can all be connoisseurs of good dairy products.
